1. Do the products change color?

* Answer: Our Stainless Steel products are completely rust-proof and tarnish-resistant, and they come with a warranty against color change.
* As for the Gold-Plated pieces, they retain their luster for a long time, provided that care instructions are followed (avoiding perfumes and chemicals).

2. What are the warranty terms?

Answer: The warranty applies specifically to color changes for Stainless Steel products. To activate the warranty, the original Warranty Card received with your order must be presented.

3. Can I inspect the product before paying the courier?

* Answer: Of course! You have the right to inspect the product and ensure its quality and safety from any manufacturing defects upon delivery.
(Note: Earrings cannot be tried on for hygiene reasons).

4. If I inspect the product and want to return it, do I pay for shipping?

* Answer: If the product is in perfect condition and matches the description, but you decide not to receive it, you are required to pay the round-trip shipping fees to the courier.
* However, if there is a manufacturing defect or breakage (God forbid), you will not bear any shipping costs.

5. Can I try on "Earrings" during inspection?

Answer: Unfortunately, trying on or testing earrings (Hanging or Studs) is strictly prohibited for public health and personal hygiene reasons. If the earring packaging is opened, it cannot be returned.

6. How long does delivery take?

* Answer: Within Cairo and Giza, it takes 2-4 business days. For other governorates, it takes 3-6 business days.

7. How can I maintain the luster of my accessories for as long as possible?

* Answer: We recommend putting on your accessories after applying perfume and creams. Avoid direct exposure to chlorine and harsh detergents, and keep them in their original pouch or box after use.
